are made of high temperature resistant fabrics as inner and outer layers with blanket as medium layer and sewn into one integral part by using heat resistant sewing threads. The jackets contain no asbestos and have been successfully used to replace traditional insulations of rockwool glass wool, calcium silicate and perlite with aluminum or stainless steel outer facing.
FEATURES:
Multiple times RE-MOVABLE and RE-USABLE: The jackets are in most cases fabricated to order to fit the contour of the heated objects. Installation by using steel pin and fast clips is very easy and require no special tools or techniques. The jackets are most suitable for insulation of frequently maintained parts (ie. Pipe flanges and valves) and equipments with intricate shapes (ie. Heat exchangers, engine turbo-charger).
Excellent Insulation Effects:
The low thermal conductivity and low specific heat of medium layer blanket making the jackets a very efficient insulator
.
Water/Moisture/Oil Proof, Durable, and non-pollutant:
The jackets are made of non-asbestos materials with, in most cases, coated outer layer to eliminate air-borne fiber/particles and for water/oil proof or UV resistance. By appropriate design and fabrication, the jackets can last for long time.
